Maximum Performance

The Maximum Performance Solutions App allows users to submit tests to MPS that are to determine possible muscle imbalances in an athletes body. In return, the athlete gets the test results and suggested exercises to help increase strength, stability, speed, endurance and power, and help identify and potentially prevent potential injuries.
